Products delivered from MOOVY are covered by the statutory warranty period of 24 months. Please always contact MOOVY first if there is any trouble with your product. Beside the statutory warranty there are manufacturers who give additional guarantees. In this case,MOOVY is your first contact as well. We will support you all the way, because you are important to us!
Delivery restrictions have several reasons. These can be trademark and copyright regulations, missing certificates for products in certain markets or contractual agreements. Furthermore a product may be too large or too heavy to be shipped to the selected country.
After we have received your request, a specially trained employee of MOOVY will assess the issue very thoroughly. Our goal is to process the complaint quickly and to offer you a sustainable solution. Depending on the complexity of the issue, we may ask you to return the item for inspection or even involve the manufacturer. We will inform you about all necessary steps. As a time frame for the solution we have set ourselves a maximum of 15 working days. Usually we can solve it faster.
The order process at MOOVY is quick and easy for you. You will receive an order confirmation mail from us. Please check it! Should MOOVY have a question or information for you regarding your order, we will actively contact you. As soon as all items of your order are available from stock at MOOVY, dispatching will start right away. After successful dispatch of your order, MOOVY will send you an e-mail with a shipping notification including tracking information and your invoice.
You are welcome to create a customer account, however this is not mandatory. With your customer account you will gain helpful functions such as an order overview and your personal wish list, though.
In general, your order will be shipped as soon as it is complete, i.e. all ordered items are in stock or have arrived at MOOVY. Should you need specific items urgently, please contact our MOOVY customer service.
